The dynamic classifier is a high-speed rotating cage. It is ensured that when the dusty airflow passes through the rotor, the fine particles are brought in by the friction of the air, the coarse particles are directly collided by the blades, and the speed of the rotor can be adjusted according to requirements. The separator is characterized in that the rotor blades are designed to be inclined and gradually enlarged from the bottom to the top in order to make the centrifugal force of the material particles uniform. The lower blade has a small radius of gyration, a small centrifugal force enhancement effect, a large radius of rotation of the upper blade, and a large centrifugal force enhancement effect. In the grinding mill, the airflow rises through the wind ring, and the centrifugal force of the coarse particles in the lower part of the classifier is relatively small. The reinforcing effect can be settled, and the centrifugal force of the fine particles is small, and the lifting continues to rise to a greater reinforcing effect and settles, so that the entire powder-selecting zone can play a sorting role, and the powder-selecting efficiency is high.

3, high efficiency combined type separator

The high-efficiency combined type separator is characterized by the combination of a rotor-rotor cage type separator and a static guide vane system. The rotor is a cylindrical cage with guide vanes all around, which allows the airflow to enter the powder uniformly.
